I have some lambretta rear bars (not the florida ones , the type that go round the pannels like front crashbars look like on the leggies. I also have a front rack. They are both made by Tower, which I understand was a Blackpool company. If any of your club are interested I would be interested in selling as I dont use them. The condition is ok, not show but could be replated. I also have a cradle type backrest that may also be tower, can't remember what sticker is on it. If anyone is interested please feel free to get in touch.

I have tried allsorts to get it to fit but the space between the fork links just isn't wide enough. I have come to the conclusion that it probably needs disc links, so has anyone got any for sale (LI) at a good price.I will then give that a try

Pete, there's not much to fitting a disc brake, that's assuming it goes to plan. Remove one hub and refit the new one. Remove your light switch housing and fit the new one. The bit I don't like is drilling a hole in the headset for the hydraulic cable, but apart from that it's pretty straight forward.

hi, flipped my vespa on monday morning in the rain locked up the front brake avoiding a car doing a U turn, so apart from a bruised arse the upshot is i need a T5 kickstart, engine side panel PX/T5.Cheers MK

Glen, a bike is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and you really need to look at the price others of the same model are listed at. I've had a look on ebay and it certainly looks a good example and also has a 200cc engine which will save you money in the long run. You would need to inspect to ensure it's in as good condition as the owner states. Good Luck

Engine is running but I would have stripped and cleaned it. It still has the orig femetronic ign! All locks work ect. This is a brill project for someone and a bit of vep history!! TV175,1962, UK reg, all parts are pure italian , LCGB cert. This was brought in to the uk and full strip and rebuild. Had a slight bump, Front crash bars took impact! Slight dent to left had side legshields and rear runner board. To be honest it wasnt the best spray job in the world. So I would consider a new one to complement this piece of italirno history... Anyway, looking for £3,400. This is not a freakin a Ting Tong import Once again, no tossers please. Im gutted enough, on having to sell them both
